Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: March 20, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Buildix. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Buildix to:
Market manipulation: engage in or facilitate spoofing, layering, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of market manipulation.
Money laundering: use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
Unauthorized access: attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you. This includes attempting to circumvent tier restrictions, deep view limits, or rate limits.
Abuse of service: overload our infrastructure through excessive API calls, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attacks.
Reverse engineering: decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary component of the Service.
Redistribution: resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without written permission.
Impersonation: impersonate another person or entity when using the Service.
Illegal use: use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. API and Webhook Usage (Whale Tier)
Whale tier API access is for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell API data, use it to build a competing product, or share your API key with third parties. Rate limits apply (documented in API docs). Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent API key revocation.
3. AI Advisor Usage
The AI advisor must be used with your own API key. You may not attempt to use the AI advisor to generate financial advice for third parties for compensation. You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content and for complying with the terms of service of your chosen AI provider.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to hello@buildix.trade.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities. We may cooperate with law enforcement if required.
